More twinkle lights, as promised! Happy almost December! In case you can’t tell, I am feeling FESTIVE.
Happy belated birthday to my mister! Here is a picture of him looking like a chipmunk a little bit. He doesn’t really look like a chipmunk though.
Also, I have been posting here since April 2010, more than a year now! So, happy birthday to this blog.
Hope you’re having a nice weekend. Tomorrow’s my penultimate day of lifeguard training class (phew), and then I’ll be letterpressing away for the rest of the day. xoxo
I moved yesterday. Above are some pictures of the small things.
My new apartment rules. I can ride my bicycle again (even to work!), I’m close to the letterpress lab (I just ordered type-high linoleum blocks; it’s time to get printing), and I get to see all the people I really like again.
Aahh it’s hard to adjust sometimes.
For the immediate short-term, though, I’m content with figuring out my new workplace and crocheting hats. With big pom-poms on top. (Let me know if you want one.)
I’ve got some new projects cookin’: new blank books for my Etsy shop, and a new collaboration that’s a secret for now. I’ll post more about these things later.
Happy New Year!
The yard sale was a super fun day. I am full of thanks for friends and family and strangers. Especially thanks to Kaleb and Jack and Micah for buying lots of prints and artwork, and to my pops and Jake and my grandma for hanging out with me all day. Friends (and fam!) are great! And so are the paper bag paintings that I made three years ago (and forgot existed) that Kaleb purchased.
